If you had the radio playing on May 18th you may have heard a familiar voice, two of our Board members were interviewed by various hosts on the CBC to talk about the benefits of gardening for mental health and the profession of Horticultural Therapy.

These are fantastic short interviews you can share with colleagues, potential clients, family, friends… Anyone who needs an introduction to our profession!

Laura Young, events coordinator, spoke with Giacomo Panico on In Town and Out. She shares the story of how she started integrating nature into her addictions counselling, who we are at the CHTA, and science behind Horticultural Therapy.
