Job summary:

Seeking a Horticultural Therapist to provide relevant programming for our Persons in Care living in our Long-Term Care Home, which serves 73 residents who either have concurrent disorders and/or acquired brain injuries. We have a community garden that needs tending to but also have outdoor spaces around our Home that can be worked with.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with people with mental health issues, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries and/or concurrent disorders preferred.
